Gamemaster's Chest Limited Holiday Drop! (and device stand fix)

Dear Backers, 

With the Holiday season approaching and fulfillment complete, we managed to squeeze in a small batch of Gamemaster's Chests into our production cycle. They are already available on our website. Since many of you contacted us with this request, we are giving you the heads-up first. If you wanted to get one for someone dear to you, this is your last chance to do so, for the next several months, as we don't plan to add it to our product range any time soon. 

It's been some time since you received your Chests and we would be very grateful if you could share some feedback. Either here or through email [email protected] 
As those of you who have been using our painting gear might know, we take feedback very seriously and use it in the future iterations of our products. 

To put our deeds where our mouth is, I'd like to announce that we've fixed the issue with the wireless charger not working with larger phone models like the Samsung S24 Ultra or iPhone Max. Those of you who are encountering this issue, please contact us over email and we will arrange you a replacement.

Final Shipping Update!

Dear backers, 
Happy Halloween for those of you, who are celebrating. But regardless of that, we have some exciting news. As of the writing of this update, 95% of the rewards have been shipped. 

For the rest 5%, the breakdown looks like this: 
 

Of the 17 rewards 3 will be shipped tomorrow, and five on Monday, November 4th. The rest are awaiting your input regarding the engraving. Please check your spam folder for emails from [email protected] 

For the two orders that could not be charged, please check your card credentials, you should have received several reminders from Backerkit by now. 

The only order to be locked will be locked and sent to production on Monday. 

The 25 orders from the "Send & Remind", those are the backers that have not finished their Backerkit survey. If you are one of those backers, please check your spam folder for an invite from Backerkit. If you can't find it, please, send us an email, and we will provide assistance. 

More good news! For those of you who missed the campaign or wish to give the Gamemaster's Chest as a gift for this Holiday season, we will be doing a limited drop of 100 Chests in a couple of weeks. Stay tuned! 

As those of you who are using our painting products might know, we value feedback a lot, and since many of you had the opportunity to use the GM's Chest for a while, we would appreciate it if you could provide some. Either here in a comment or in an email sent to [email protected]. This immensely helps make the product better.

Wave I shipping progress.

Dear backers, 
Sorry for the slight delay in the update. The fulfillment of Wave I is in full swing, though taking a little longer than initially planned. It seems that we couldn't completely avoid this common Kickstarter project issue, unfortunately. Despite these minor issues we are, more or less, on track and plan to finish shipping all of your Chests in October. 

There are 19 of you, who haven't yet completed the survey on Backerkit, if you haven't received an invite to do so, please, check your spam box, if it's not there, please, send us a message to [email protected]

Fast Track shipping shipping update.

Dear backers, 

Sorry for the slight delay, we found a small flaw in the first batch of Chests, that had to be addressed, and we were waiting for the Adventure Journals to arrive, which took longer than we anticipated. Turns out it's vacation season in July, who would have thought, huh?

Anyway, as of now all of the Fast Track Gamemaster's Chests, except one,  have been shipped, and you should have received a tracking number from DHL. If you haven't please check your spam folder, and if it is not there, please send us a message to [email protected] and we will sort this out manually. 
 

The production of Wave I is in full swing, and the first packages will be dispatched this week. There are 50 of you, who haven't yet finished the survey. Please do so asap, so we can plan the shipments. Also, please make sure that you have uploaded an image for engraving if you have added it.

Backerkit follow-up.

Dear Backers, 

Sorry to keep you waiting for the pledge manager to launch. Unfortunately, we didn't take into account the US Independence Day and that the whole Backerkit team will be out of the office for several days, when writing up the previous update. 

But, we have some good news. We did a test run yesterday and some of you got to fill out the surveys already, and will be launching it for everyone else right now. You will shortly start receiving emails from Backerkit.
